The room was clean, but expected better heating .

Had warm and good room, it included satellite TV, central heating and a microwave. The breakfast was marvellous, a huge variety of food. The location in a quiet area was nice and there were a supermarket and a convenience store nearby...

The best was Francois from the reception who helped us a lot!

It was a terrible stay and far away from 3 stars!! Rooms are old, beds uncomfortable, floors dirty and cold.. I am disappointed!! Just don't book it. It is also 20min away from the center..

The chommies at the reception were super nice, even offered us tea while we waited for our room. Location was lekker, close to a bar for post-travel chill. Plus, the room was simple but comfy enough for a good sleep!

The place is a bit older and could do with some sprucing up, nothing major though.

Friendly staff are at the hotel.

Some guests didn't follow hotel's order - no smoking.

I liked the location, staffs are really good and value for money.

The room was clean with a functional kitchenette, but the shower lacked basic amenities and needed better maintenance.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with any inquiries.

The lack of air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer days.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I especially loved the sound insulation, which let me sleep peacefully. Plus, easy access to Metro Line 8 made exploring Paris easy.

The room could use more maintenance-some areas felt a bit worn, and the kitchenette lacked a few essential supplies. Cleanliness could improve, as I noticed some spots had not been cleaned well. There were no additional toiletries provided .

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi access of good quality. Unfortunately my laptop did not have a built-in wlan card but the hotel provides free WLAN-adapters :-)) The laundry facilities were easily accessible and in good shape.

Noisy street outside my window. Noise level O.K. as long as the window was closed. But without ac some air is needed on hot days ... I had to try 6 of their wlan adapters until I found one which was not broken. Fortunately the hotline of the wlan provider (swisscom) supported me to keep trying ...

Room mismatch with online photos left much to be desired. Poor heating. Basic kitchen amenities like cutting knives and dishwashing supplies were missing, and cleanliness issues with linens were concerning.
